Can you help identify

Need some help with the identification of a couple guys in this picture.

Ok , a couple of the signatures are hard to read. The third from the left - is that Milford Harrison? Nnext third from the right , first name is Clyde but can't read the last name? Second from the right , is Leonard Smith a name from back them? And finally the last guy on the right - first name is Frank but cant make out the last name.

Any help is apppreciated!!!
