Add Lou Eppel. Along with Jack Maypole, he was on the list in a 1972 50th anniversary publications Johnson called, "Jottings". You could also add Bill Rankin, who was Jack Leek's racing mentor when he first started, and Hal Kelly, ( I think he is gone) who is on numerous pages in John Sherlock's incredible web pages.
