who can bore a merc 2 cyl block

looking for some one that can bore a merc 2 cyl block..its a 25 hp merc 2004 and its non crome cyl model...dont say L A Sleeve either, they had it almost 3 weeks and sent it back..i have two (2) .030 oversize merc pistons already..

quality boring .. on south rd... not sure ph# info has it...dose lots and lots different motors,,, dose my 850 blocks ... they in mukilteo wash... about 40$ a hole i believe
