The SST 60 parts fit.
You need to contact Seaway Marine in Seattle

I am working on an late model fastrak trim version with an exhaust housing cut down with solid mounts to create a 15"
It will need wing bar steering
I wont have a product for a few months so no help until then

I was hoping to find something with the steering in the tilt tube so I can use NFB rack steering.
Keep me posted

Just use the clamp ears and pivot tube off of a1990or newer 2cly jhonson use your pivot arm and bottom mount clamp off the stinger then you can use the thru tube steering and the new eTech trim will fit.you will want to buy the soild lower mounts from sea-way the sst60 ones are the ones you want but you dont need them. This hole set up can be bought new and the part numbers are out there. No need to junk up a jhonson with yham parts

Mine has the mounting bracket of the two cylinder johnson/evinrude. used the same steps as the link had. Had to a little machine work. I cut a 20 in mid down to 15 in. kinda tricky as the mid actually has a slight taper to it. so if you have to use a little filler welds to make it look nice.
Happy building!!!
