Rich passed away today , Those in CCRA new him well. One more great boat racer gone. Rich Marshel great boat racer in CCRA and a Havasu vet.

Is this the Rich Marshall whose dad was a pit boss at Caesars Palace? Caesars sponsored a tunnel boat, in in 1980 Region 12 put on the APBA National Convention at Caesars becasue they sponsored a boat. I think Russ Romer may have driven that boat.

Didn't Rich race a Kenny Baker twin that was painted red, white and blue colors???

Seems he help Seebold in the pits for many years too???
