Nostalgic movies for $400

As a kid I remember watching a Bill Kennedy re-run with either Tony Curtis or Elvis Presley that had a scene or two with B stock runabouts featuring the MK20H. Does anyone remember the name of the movie?

The question is posted to BRF readers because I don't know the answer. Can anybody help with the movie title? Seems the boat was red & white checkerboard and the driver had a 50's style half helmet. Ring any bells???? It would be fun to find it and view again.

Russ Hill & friends were the extras that drove the real boats. I'm having a mental block on the name of the movie, too.
