need help yamaha 30

i have a 30 hp 94 yamaha that runs and pumps water then dies rebuilt carbs by 2 diffrent mechenics has spart on 3cyls but doesnt seem like its pulling enough fuel the wiring on the harness was a mess some one cut the plug had to repair harness does this motor have a charging system if it has eletric start my batt seems to loss power when i got it to run stater bad? any advice wold help thanks.

Check the reeds and make sure your top and bottom crank seals r good

have you checked the compression.
