c-87 on mary ann belonged to the frank and george kennedy family.
Frank kennedy was last listed in propeller rule book in 1960 for classes crr and c service hydro
i started racing under the number c- 177 years 1959-1960 as a rookie . I bought my first desilva drr in 1961 adopting frank kennedy's number folowing the suggestion from les morton. Frank was from citrus heights and most likely a member of the sacramento outboard racing club
c-87 resides with the lil fox racing team in dixon, ca with my son paul fuchslin driving the alky classes 350 500 and 1100 runabout
