Radar Run for speed

The East Coast Boat Racing Club of New Jersey is sponsoring a fun Radar Run this Sunday, 7/17/11, at noon in Waretown, NJ. http://www.ecbrcnj.com/id148.html is our page to show the location. $20 entry fee gets you two, single boat, 1/4 mile, runs, and if time permits, we may have some head to head drags! This is for boats 26' and under. There will be trophies to class winners, by highest speed. If you have any questions, email me at adamslbt@yahoo.com. There were some fast rides, 2 garvey's tied for 1st at 80mph. There was a jet ski that did 74. I got a 63 & a few 64's with a OMC 25 on a C hydro.

Nice runs Mike. Any other outboards show? :D :cool: No, I was surprised all kinds of outboarders weren't there to see what they could do. I brought the only one. After the individual runs there was a few side by sides. In particular a jet ski vs a V8 ski boat. The jet got the jump but overwhelming V8 power put the ski boat a length or 2 ahead at finish.
