SSt 60 or 56 blocks have enclosed exaust. The cover plate is a water jacket only.

The husler ex. is most likley for a 49 ci.

A carved out 56 block an custom made filler block mite be possible .
If cooling problem's dont happen.::)

The 49 and 56 cu in blocks take different tuner sections.
Seaway Marine in Fl sells the correct 56 ci tuner or you can modify the tuner from any 56 ci stock engine, 1989 and newer I think.

The tuner is part of the sst60 adapter plate as in welded to it

Build a mod-50 type filler block, like the hustler system in question.
We are not to the tuna yet.

anyone know where can i get a 60sst tunnel hull plan? is someone selling it here?and who make the best 60sst hull ever?.. hope someone will share their opinion.......

thought about it but building the bolt bosses would be challenging to say the least and if you went to that trouble you would run the exhaust straight down so you need a new adapter and if you go that far then a modified exhaust housing with a lump in it to take the straight down exhaust from the adapter....

This project has allready been started. You are 100% rite it's a challange.
At this time plan's are to route exaust out factory adaptor plate ,
an keep under cowl.:confused:
