Happy Birthday Randy Grant

Randy is the son of Marshall Grant. He worked in the pits with his Dad as a teenager.

Everyone who watched Randy grow up knew he was being raised right. Sometimes he embarrassed me by calling me Mr. Gene. Hey I'm not that much older than he is!

A lot of the young ladies in our circle of racing friends had their eye on Randy, but he was only interested in helping his Dad keep the boats out front.

Randy, I'm glad we had the opportunity to share some very good times so many years ago.

Haven't seen you in many years and hope you have a great day with all the people you love. Maybe you can get to a race sometime. Would really like to see you again.

I keep, "I Was There When It Happened" (your dad's book) right on the table next to where I watch TV.....I pick it up and read several pages a every week......I especially like reading, To Ron Hill, Marshall Grant....

I'm sure you miss him....
