Well I finally got around to taking some photos of some props that I brought back from my Dad's estate. There are 26 of them, they hung on the wall of a couple different garages undisturbed for over 40 years.
The best props are long gone of course, went with a couple boat/motor setups.
There are 2 Joe Price J props, the stainless one looks real similar to the prop that set a couple records and won 4 nationals in 2 classes. The brass one is marked "J7", was our 7th best prop. The large stainless prop is from George Lockhart, similar to what the Lee's were using and running away from everybody with. It was slow every way we tried to use it. Notice the 2 holes for the spline adapter pins, Joe started to drill the prop before he realized it was upside down, it was such an unusual shape to us. I can still hear the colorful language!
