Yamaha 30hp 3 cylinder advice needed please

I'm looking at the Hydro Tec phase kit and would like to know if the kit really adds 10hp. It has 150 psi on all three cylinders now and I'm not sure if that is normal for my motor?

Your compression is higher than the OEM.

Hydro tec are the real deal, if they say 10hp, 10 it is. comp seems up but its NOT out side pump gas.
