Henry Wagner was referee and My dad inspected.

My brother was "DECLARED" the winner of C racing Hydro after Bud Wigdet realized he'd put the wrong motor number on his entry blank for C Hydro motor. My dad argued with Bud and Henry. Bud felt rules were to be followed and he had NOT followed the rules. How times have changed.

Ah, Take me back to those days. Wouldn't it be great to see all of those classes race once more with the old motors and boats? 14 classes that day.We used to have Frenso races every year. I notice entry fee of $1.00. I wonder if the E racing runabout class was inboard or outboard.
