Tohatsu 50 hp tldi ESG

Does anyone know how to bypass/disconnect the ESG on the 50 hp TLDI?

Looking to get a few more rpm. Will it hold together at 7000 rpm?

Does anyone have any experience with this reflash? Don't see any reviews at the web site but is what I am looking for if it has a good track record.
