Can anyone confirm if this is nitro lower with 15:28 gears ?6309763098

? - but those bolts thru the skeg don't help the prop performance. If the longer skeg needed weld would be the way. Gear ratio (GR) can be measured pretty close with 1 flywheel rotation (by hand) = 360 degrees and measure partial rotation of a point on one blade like the tip at max diameter in degrees from its start position. Then GR = 360/ prop rotation in degrees. Then compare number to 28/15 = 1.87, if carefully measured it either agrees or not.

could have one of 2 ratio gear sets in it
if its on a 2 cyl the driveshaft spline is different than a 3 cyl
