When I posted this about Hank, I forgot he had a daughter named Tracey.

I understand that Tracey had been taking care of Shannon for the last year, as his health hasn't been good.

I had a great 1977 BeZoats the Shannon and Craig built me.

God speed my friend.

All my memories of Shannon are good ones. He always ran well and won a lot of races. It was an education to watch him work the wheel to keep his BSH straight as it broke loose . It was always interesting to see what he has doing with design. I was always glad to see him; drinking beer, racing, picking up boats at the barn, always. I think ' Smoke on the Water' was a great boat name.
