Got a quick question for you , does this lower unit housing got a low water intake, or does it have a normal water intake ??

Merc #1655-7333A23 superceded to #1655-7333T23 .

Got some info where they claming it to be a XS1500 housing , got no pictures so....

the T23 is a normal water pickup gear housing....

Should be looking for #1623-7339A1 or 1623-6048A3 then ? .

yep, the 6048A3 is the one you want, of course, NLA. But, there was one on Ebay the other day.....

Want it, IF I can find one for a reasonable price , it's just a lower unit housing , made of aluminum not gold :)
Got a std gearhousing in usable condition .
