I sell 2 designs. One with spot for the mixture adjustment in the front w/ a knob included for the older style carbs and one without. They work on 2 and 3 cylinders too. 3D printed Nylon with carbon fiber to hold up to the heat and fuel. $40 shipped with hardware. Pm me if your interested.

I have made a 2 sets for the Yamaha 30hp's. I have not done the Yamaha 40-60hp or Merc's yet. If I could get a hold of a carb for them and what space I have to work with when they are mounted then I can get one designed and printed pretty easy.

I haven’t used a velocity stack for that setup, but I’ve had good luck with aftermarket ones on my other engines. They definitely helped with airflow and made a noticeable difference in performance. If you're considering it, just double-check that it’ll fit your carb.

I originally designed these for the 3 cylinder Johnson / Evinrude 56ci motors. They gave more low and mid-range power but didn't see much gain on the top but I ran a jet so we are only turning 5500RPM. When I got my current motor, 31.8 ci 35hp (jet) they mounted right up. From what I have seen, these would fit 2 cylinder 45ci motors and others with the same carb body mount holes on the front but I have not confirmed that yet.
The set of Yamaha 25/30hp stacks did add some power all through the RPM range. Mostly in the mid-range.
