What's Old is New

Attached is a photo of an old outboard hydro that has previously been shown/discussed on this forum and a photo of my uncle's 2.5 litre inboard, the Lobster Boat. I wish I had a better angle of the Lobster boat. These two boats were built 30+ years apart, but they have so much design similarity. Old designs do seem to re-surface.

that lobster boat was really fast but never the same after they put the capsul in. that boat beat my father (Tom Utman cs16) and his rig in 2.5L at valleyfield so many times, and for that matter beat everyone at valleyfield many times.
