Maybe 60's?
My step - dad and his hydro.......These were taken in Bellingham, WA - my Grandma STILL lives in that house off James street....
Funny - not a LOT has changed except in the engines, saw a LOT of hydro's at Kitsap Lake that looked just like this!
(Speaking of - Set my fastest speed in Kitsap lake last week, 27.6mph and ran 10 laps around the lake)
