It was reported that he had a violent barrel roll in Trenton on Sat. and was air lifted to U of M anarbor. The report that I received from Laurie Vidal was not good based on what he was told.

Don Allen posted that John broke two vertebrae, but started to get some feeling in one of his legs yesterday! That's great news! When the swelling goes down they will do surgery on his back.

I talked with the Broge family today, John is in IC, is awake and in good spirits. He has a back injury with swelling and some blood. They are running tests, MIR and CAT scans, the doctors have said he will need surgery some time this week. I will try and keep this website updated and give his room number once he is moved into a room. Lets keep the Broge family in our thoughts and prayers. Kevin Duby
