BWRC Racer Room Information

There are rooms available and will go very quickly - I have a 90 room block for the Enduro racers/crew/families at the Bluewater Resort & Casino:

When making your reservations please call 888-243-3360 and you must specifically tell them that you are with the 2006 BWRC '300' Enduro and use Group Code # 104176. The racer rate is $79/night single or double occupancy with minimum two night stay. Be Warned: ROOMS WILL GO FAST AND THEY WILL SELL OUT. :eek:

Talked to a fellow today and he said that the Bluewater hotel is booked--any truth to this? If so, can we get more rooms?:)

I am waiting on the answer on if the rooms are sold out under our racer bloc. I would call the resort and speak to anyone in charge of group reservations as the "drop dead" date for the 90 rooms/night is tommorrow 9/27/06. If they are sold out, keep an eye out as undoubtdly rooms will become available as the race draws closer. In either case please get a name of who told you the rooms were sold out so I can speak to my contact about it. Please PM me the info or call me asap! rossdbos26@yahoo.com or (310) 318-4012.

Ross is at Bakersfield for the weekend races and probobly wont get back to you till monday unless he has a computer with him .

This is the email received today from the Bluewater, as I just arrived back in my office after the Bakersfield race this past weekend.

My suggestion: MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS TODAY!!!!!

We opened additional room types for both bookings to better accommodate; these are the room types that are available to reserve.

Regarding the Enduro; we have extended the cut-off to October 4th, following are the room types available to book under the block.
QS = Marina - Two Queen Smoking - 3
MK = Marina - One King Bed Non-Smoking - 1
2nd to 5th Floors
NK = One King Bed Non-Smoking - 2
QQ = Two Queen Beds Smoking - 9
NQ = Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking - 7

So it looks like 22 rooms left with a cut off date of Wednesday. If we don't sell out the rest of the rooms the prize money will be reduced per the contract. My suggestion is that anyone that knows of anyone that needs a room please get them to make a reservation TODAY!!!! If anyone needs to cancel any rooms after the cut off date, please don't call the resort. Call or email me as I can place people that need rooms in those rooms which keeps the room count up which in turn keeps the prize money up!

Whew that was a close one, told I was too late & everyone in group sales was going home in 5 minutes (they are supposed to leave at 5PM) which was 17 minutes later. End result I got transferred 2X, talked to Gawena & badabing badaboom I got my room at the $79.00
