I ran across this letter to the editor, May 1964 from Jerry Waldman... Just an FYI:

Next letter was by Stan Leavendusky....same magazine.

See, Jerry wanted to run a Mercury in the Evinrude Class of "C" Service...

Interesting to me, there are still quite a bunch of "C" Service Evinrudes running...and the rest is HISTORY!!!
