short shaft internal tilt and trim

alright I'm lookin at buyin a 79 evinrude 75hp motor. i'm gonna swap the 49ci powerhead for a 56ci motor. what I wanna do is build an internal tilt and trim for it. don't know how to do it with that style swivel bracket. can't use external, too slow, and can't use thru transom tilt and trim. wondering if anyone knew how to do this. heard it can be done with 2cyl tnt unit or a yamaha tnt unit. willin to make it a yamarude if it needs to be done but wondering if anyone knew how to do this and if anyone had the parts nescessary to do this. thanks.

ebay, hardcore marine in fl., funtimeboats in Fl. 3ram, they make a single ram too, it's not the one you want. 3 ram is the one.

I'm lookin on ebay rite now but nothings comin up. so the 3 ram one is the one to use, not the single ram. why the tripple ram. wouldn't the single be less weight. what kind of cuts have to be made to fit this up to an omc mid?

single ram is for tilt only not trim, it will just sink in under power, and will not move the moda when your on the power, hit the button and nutin happens:eek:

cuttin, grindin, and weldin, will need to be done.

I found one. yamaha pro 50 bracket swivel bracket. whole thing for 250 bucks. is there a yamaha pro 50 tilt and trim that is single ram or are they all tripple ram.fixin to buy it and the motor and lower unit to put it on. just makein sure it'll work. I'll get a pic if I can.

I found the tilt and trim of a 3 ram 15" pro 50 bracket and it should be on it's way be fore too long. guess I'm startin a race boat:D . can anyone give me a ball park of how the cuts grinds and welds will have to be made to make this bracket fit to an old 15" omc mid. gonna start it.
