The following was posted about it -----

This is a rare 78 year old racing trophy from Short Beach near Branford
Connecticut.
The race was held by Johnson Boat Builders, and was won by H. Johnson.
I have some history on this man Harry Johnson, and some other trophies as well.
He was and is well known in boat racing circles in Fairfield county and NYC,
and held US #1 for some time.
At the time of his death, his was said to be the oldest Evenrude dealership in the
US.
