1980's Mod & Stock fuel question

Of the tons of literature that I have one thing that I do not have at this time is a 1980's APBA rule book or tech inspection book with the old fuel specs for the old GT-100 type meter.

If anyone knows what the old meter legal readings were and exactly what year Mod outlawed oxygen bearing additives, I would appreciate it.

I have an 80 and maybe 81 rule book, if it goes that far back Sam. But I'm thinking APBA may have separated some of the rule books by category then. I'll see if I can find out.
