60hp cdi, izzit can be use (fully function) on 40hp yammie 3cyl same year 1988 earlier.

my fren from other region has one, need confirmation from ur guys before i buy it.

According to "CDI Electronics" application guide there was no 60 hp Yamaha produced here in the U.S.A..

the result,

Got the spark n engine fire up, good idle & Rev up on stand but few minute later, pack getting warm - hot. my guest is have to change stator assy too.
