Does anybody have one yet? I'm particularly interested in the Inboard Endurance section, Competition Jet rules. If anyone has one, and doesn't mind looking something up for me, I would really appreciate it.

Been there, that was created on July 6, 2009. I'm looking for a rule change that would have been August/September. Supposedly it's in the print edition of the rules.

ok there are changes "highlighted" in the printed copy vs. the on-line copy so it is easy to notice changes...what are you looking for???
