Hi,

My father, Walt, left me his racing outboard collection when he passed away.

I’ve been approached by several of his classic boat associates wanting specific items. However, they are trying to buy for pennies on the dollar. Figuring I’m in the dark on the values.

Finding any up to date or specific price ranges has been unfruitful…

Could you please help me determine the price of this Mercury 35SS. It still runs and has a prop.

Someone is interested in buying this specific outboard, but won’t make an offer. Instead he required me to tell him how much I want for it.

Most of the collection is 1950’s Mercury racing with some older models from various manufacturers.

A 55H goes for around 3000-4000 Canadian, I'm not sure a 35ss/402x would be worth as much as a 55H
